A tree down on the Parkway East is creating restrictions for drivers.
Intermittent restrictions are occurring between the Wilkinsburg (Exit 78B) and Edgewood/Swissvale (Exit 77) interchanges in the westbound lanes.
PennDOT is asking drivers to use caution if driving through the area or consider using an alternate route.
