Bryan Reynolds hit two homers and drove in five runs, but his performance wasn’t nearly enough in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ 12-5 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field on Wednesday afternoon.

How We Got There

Pirates starter Mitch Keller (5-11) held the Brewers (76-44) at bay through the first two innings before RBI singles from Sal Frelick and Christian Yelich gave Milwaukee a 2-0 lead in the third.

The Brewers scored four runs on four-straight hits in the bottom of the fourth. Joey Ortiz and William Contreras hit RBI singles while Frelick and Isaac Collins each doubled home a run.
