PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Police said they arrested two men on drug charges Friday evening in Mount Washington after recovering crack cocaine and heroin during the arrest.
Ronnell Miller, 43, of Carrick, and Calvin Gurley, 38, of Mt. Oliver face charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, resisting arrest, fleeing and eluding and driving without a license.

According to officials, officers saw a gray Chrysler 200 pull over on the side of the road near the 100 block of Boggs Avenue at 7:30 p.m.
Miller, who was the passenger in the vehicle, was seen getting out of the vehicle and entering a home, police said.
He left the home a short time later to return to the car, when officers said they noticed an object protruding from his pocket.
The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Bailey Avenue, but the car sped away.
After officers pursued the vehicle at speeds as high as 45 mph the vehicle stopped on Ruxton Street after almost hitting another vehicle, police said.
After the near collision, the two men fled the on foot.
While running, Miller removed an object from his pocket and threw it into a yard in the 400 block of Ruxton Street. He was caught and arrested in the 400 block of Iberia Street.
Gurley, who police identified as the driver, was also arrested.
In addition to crack cocaine and heroin, officers also recovered two cellphones.
