CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The U.S. Postal Service is hosting a job fair in Cranberry Township to fill indoor mail handler assistant positions.
The positions pay $19.02 per hour and are located at the Pennwood Place Processing and Distribution Center at 51 Pennwood Place, Suite 300. Workers in these roles process and transport packages throughout the distribution facility in seasonal, part-time or full-time capacities.
Job requirements state that applicants must be at least 18 years old, or 16 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must also pass a background investigation and a drug screening.
Postal Service personnel will be present at the event to provide details about the roles and answer questions. No job interviews will be conducted on site and all applications must be submitted online at www.usps.com/careers.
The job fair will take place Aug. 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Network Distribution Center, located at 300 Brush Creek Rd. in Warrendale.
