BEAVER COUNTY, Pa. — In an elementary school gym in Beaver County, brown boxes are arriving full of hope.

Aliquippa Elementary was full of volunteers handing out coats to kids in need on Tuesday.

Between growth spurts and the impact of inflation, getting these basic necessities each year can be a financial burden.
