Water main break shoots water at home in Washington County

WASHINGTON, Pa. — A water main break sent water shooting at a home in Washington County on Thursday morning.

The 16-inch break happened shortly after 4 a.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Farms Road in Washington.

A spokesperson for Pennsylvania American Water said about 25 customers are affected, and repairs are expected to take 6-8 hours.
