HOMESTEAD, Pa. — The Waterfront, an open-air shopping center in Pittsburgh, announced three new major tenants today as part of more than 19,000 square feet of newly signed retail and dining leases.
The announcements come as the property marks its 25th year of operation.
The incoming additions include entertainment venue Golden Vault, South Asian-inspired restaurant Song Noir and mealtime platform Wonder. The new tenants join the center’s lineup following the recent opening of Bombing Pot and ahead of the scheduled debut of Opal Buffet.
In addition to the new arrivals, existing anchor tenants Petco and Dave & Buster’s have executed 10-year lease extensions at the property.
Among the newly announced tenants, Golden Vault will offer a gift-focused family entertainment experience centered around claw machine culture. The venue features interactive gameplay for guests competing for various prizes.
Song Noir will combine a speakeasy-style cocktail lounge with South Asian-inspired dining. The establishment plans to serve Thai and Vietnamese cuisine alongside hand-crafted cocktails prepared with made-from-scratch ingredients.
Wonder operates as a mealtime platform offering delivery, pickup, dine-in and meal kits. The service features concepts from chefs including Bobby Flay and Marcus Samuelsson, as well as menu items from Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza, allowing customers to mix and match dishes from multiple restaurants in a single order.
As part of its lease extension, Dave & Buster’s will undergo extensive interior and exterior renovations planned for 2027. Center leadership stated that additional concept announcements are scheduled for the coming year.
