WILKINSBURG, Pa. — A man who is accused of sexually assaulting and raping a woman inside his Wilkinsburg apartment Saturday night is in police custody.
Darvin Randolph, 51, is charged with rape, sexual assault, illegal possession of a firearm, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint and resisting arrest.

Police said Randolph also threatened the woman with a rifle, according to Channel 11's news exchanged partners at TribLIVE.
She eventually managed to escape his apartment, located on Ella Street, and contacted Wilkinsburg police about the incident.
Randolph was arrested Sunday morning and is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
