MONONGAHELA, Pa. — A Washington County woman is accused of abusing her boyfriend’s 7-year-old daughter.
Police said Laura Laughland was charged Sunday night after being accused of throwing the girl across a room inside her boyfriend’s Chess Street apartment in Monongahela.
According to police, the father told officers she first grabbed the girl by her hair before physically throwing her.
The girl, whose name has not been released, has a brush burn on her face and is expected to be OK.
