CANONSBURG, Pa. — A Washington County woman was arrested Thursday after police said she ran over her husband with a pickup truck following an argument.
According to the criminal complaint, Tina Olinger got into an argument with her husband at D’s Locker Room in Canonsburg late Wednesday night.
Witnesses told police that Tina got into a truck and her husband, Kevin, stood in front in attempt to block her. Witnesses told detectives that Tina hit the gas, ran into Kevin and he hit his head off an unknown object.
“Ms. Olinger was in a pickup truck and accelerated toward her husband, striking him as he held on. She continues to accelerate when he eventually fell off,” Canonsburg police Det. Alexander Coghill said.
Kevin remains hospitalized in an induced coma, officials said. He is listed in critical condition.
Tina, who was arraigned Thursday afternoon, is charged with criminal attempted homicide. She remains jailed on $250,000 bond.
