Police said Linda Swope, 52, hosted the party in early February while her husband was out of town.
A school resource officer obtained video of the alleged gathering from a number of students' cellphones, according to police officials.
In one video clip, Swope is allegedly seen laughing at an unconscious girl who is lying on the floor of her laundry room. Swope is also allegedly seen participating in the drinking games and encouraging the minors to consume alcohol.
“I can tell you, we do have a lot of people participating and cooperating in this investigation. I am optimistic we'll be able to resolve it in a way that holds those responsible accountable,” said Penn Township police Chief John Otto.
Swope and her lawyers decided to bypass a hearing Tuesday morning.
Investigators said they had planned to introduce the party video into evidence.
“As far as conduct from a parent, this is the exact opposite of the conduct that we would expect for someone responsible for young adults in their home,” said Otto.
Swope faces misdemeanor charges of corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person and selling or furnishing alcohol to minors.
