PITTSBURGH — A woman was shot in Pittsburgh’s Knoxville neighborhood on Wednesday.
A public information officer said police were called to the 400 block of Moore Avenue at 10:42 a.m. for reports of a person shot.
A woman with a gunshot wound was found outside and taken to a hospital in critical but stable condition.
Several nearby businesses were put on lockdown as a precaution.
The investigation is ongoing.
