WASHINGTON, Pa.,None — Police in Washington are looking for a man accused of stealing a jacket from a Meadows Casino craps table that had $1,500 in a pocket.
Investigators said Joseph Valentino Monroe, 23, of Washington was seen on surveillance video taking the jacket from the floor beneath the craps table. Police said Monroe could be seen rifling through a pocket, counting cash the cash and then running from the casino.
Police said Monroe fled in a dark-colored sedan. Police have issued an arrest warrant. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at the meadows casino at 724-470-1055.
