WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Channel 11's Cara Sapida reported that Jordan Jacobson was taken into custody on charges of selling heroin.
Jacobson was out on bond in the deaths of Michael "Dillon" Gregg, 22, of Bulger, and Joseph Bowland, 20, of McDonald.

Prosecutors dropped the charges because they said Jacobson was not drunk, had no alcohol in his system, and they can't prove if there were any drugs because police didn't request a legal blood draw that night. [More HERE.]
