A man in California was in jail Friday, accused of assaulting officers with a deadly weapon.
The Fresno County Sheriff's Office said Robert Lopez assaulted officers at his home after a report came in that he was watering his lawn while naked.
According to police, Lopez resisted officers' requests to put his clothes on and he threw a beer bottle and a knife at them.
It took several deputies to restrain Lopez before an assisting officer finally fired a bean bag round from his handgun into Lopez's stomach.
Lopez was taken to a hospital and was later booked at the Fresno County jail.
He faces felony charges of assault with deadly weapon on a peace officer, resisting arrest and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
