HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Two men unsuccessfully attempted to rob a Waffle House in Huber Heights, Ohio, early Tuesday -- and left with nothing but a menu.
According to Channel 11's sister station WHIO, units were dispatched shortly after 4 a.m. to the restaurant after workers reported the attempted robbery.

Officers said the two got into a blue or black Mercury car driven by a woman and were able to flee the area before officers arrived.

Police said the one of the robbers displayed a handgun but fled the store without any cash. Workers reported the only item taken was a restaurant menu.
No injuries were reported in the incident, which remains under investigation by Huber Heights Police.
