NFL player from South Hills pays off entire school’s lunch debt

NFL player Chase Winovich said he was more than happy to pay off the entire free and reduced lunch debt for the West Jefferson Hills School District.

Winovich, a defensive end for the New England Patriots, grew up in the South Hills and played football for Thomas Jefferson High School. During a bye week earlier in the season, he visited a Thomas Jefferson football game and took some pictures with fans.
