ELIZABETH, Pa.,None — The Elizabeth Bridge was shut down Wednesday morning as crews worked to clear an overturned dump truck.
Emergency officials said the accident happened in the southbound lanes of Route 51 in Elizabeth.
It is not clear what caused the accident or if anyone was hurt.
Heavy traffic delays were reported. All lanes of traffic were reopened around 9 a.m.
