Pa. GOP leaders gather to endorse Corbett

HERSHEY, Pa. — At a time Corbett is struggling to improve his job-approval rating and taking heat from conservatives who feel he's not sensitive to their concerns, the mood was upbeat before Saturday's meeting. Corbett is unopposed for the endorsement.

Corbett introduced former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, the keynote speaker, at Friday night's annual Lincoln Day Dinner, and is expected to make a speech during the endorsement meeting. Other scheduled speakers include Lt Gov. Jim Cawley and U.S. Rep. Tom Marino.
