BARNAUL AIRPORT, Russia — Six passengers fell to the ground when the stairway they were using to board a flight to Moscow at an airport in western Siberia collapsed.
Security camera footage shows the moment the stairs collapsed Tuesday.
According to a Russian investigative committee, four people were injured and hospitalized when the stairs appeared to buckle under their weight.
A criminal investigation has been launched to determine whether safety requirements had been met.
