WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. — Steelers alumni Randy Grossman, Larry Brown, Bryan Hinkle and Rich Erenberg volunteered to help renovate the home of a McDonald, Pa., Iraq War veteran.

In addition to these Steelers alumni, staff from the Steelers, Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh and 84 Lumbar joined forces to assist in the effort.

The homeowner is retired Marine Brian Beckwith, who was injured when his Humvee exploded after rolling over an improvised explosive device in Iraq in 2010.

This is made possible by the generosity of corporations, civic groups, the Pittsburgh Building Trades, construction companies, schools, congregations and foundations.

Through Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, all home repair services are provided free of charge to qualifying homeowners.
