BUTLER, Pa.,None — Butler Township police said two men are charged after getting into a fight over a four-way stop on Tuesday.
James Ronto, 62, of Ford City and William McCurdy, 42, of Butler were both charged in the incident.
Police said when McCurdy approached Ronto's car in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle at Moraine Pointe Plaza, Ronto displayed a black semi-automatic handgun.
Investigators said the fight stemmed over who approached a four-way stop first.
Ronto was charged with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and disorderly conduct. McCurdy was charged with disorderly conduct.
