UNIONTOWN, Pa.,None — Police in Uniontown said a man is facing several charges after pulling a gun on fast food drive-through employees on Saturday, police said.
According to investigators, Timothy Braddee, 29, pointed a loaded magnum rifle at employees at an Arby's Restaurant on Morgantown Road.
The manager of the store told Channel 11 News and he reacted quickly. John Muzica said he turned the lights out to protect everyone inside while another worker wrote down Bradee's license plate number and called police.
Surveillance video shows Braddee honking his horn and flashing his lights because the line wasn't moving fast enough.
"There was a girl here who was eight and a half months pregnant and I was worried about her. Oh my goodness it was scary," said employee Amanda Tanner.
Braddee has been charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering, DUI and other offenses. He was placed in the Fayette County Jail on a percentage bail.
