UNIONTOWN, Pa.,None — An argument at a Uniontown bar turned violent when a man fired a gun at another man, nearly killing him.
Investigators said they are searching for 30-year-old Jeffery Johnson of Uniontown. Police said he shot Daryl Foster, also of Uniontown, several times outside of the J and B Bar on Searight Road around 2 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said the incident began with an argument inside of the bar. Investigators said Johnson then followed Foster outside as he was leaving and attacked him while he stood outside on the sidewalk.
Foster is at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Johnson is facing attempted homicide and aggravated assault charges. Police said Johnson should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police.
