PITTSBURGH,None — A rape suspect is facing more charges after police said he lunged at a woman and tried to attack her at the Allegheny County courthouse on Monday.
Warren Keith, of Braddock, was in court to plead guilty. The plea would have imprisoned him for less time.
Police said Keith refused to take the court oath and then responded in a foreign language before Common Pleas Judge Donna Jo McDaniel ordered him out of the courtroom.
According to witnesses, Keith then launched himself at the victim's mother. Keith and a deputy crashed through a chair and knocked into a woman during the struggle.
