MCKEESPORT, Pa. — A pregnant woman was struck by at least one bullet Thursday night in a drive-by shooting in McKeesport, police told Channel 11 News.
Investigators said a report of shots fired in the 1800 block of Soles Street came in just before 7 p.m.
Police said the 24-year-old woman was inside a car when shots were fired. McKeesport police told Channel 11 News that she was not the intended target, and investigators believe the intended target was the driver of the vehicle.
The woman and her unborn child suffered non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Authorities said no one is in custody.
One person was wounded Jan. 29 in a drive-by shooting on the same street. No arrests have been made in that case.
