ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — Three more flu deaths have been reported in Allegheny County, bringing the total number of flu related-deaths to 10, according to the health department.

There have been 9,647 flu cases in the county this season, compared to this time last season when there was only 2,010. So far, 109 people have been hospitalized.
