Drayton ran across all four lanes of traffic, with officers chasing behind him.

According to the criminal complaint, that caused multiple vehicles to suddenly brake and swerve from hitting him and the state troopers. Drayton was caught after a short chase on the other side of the highway.

Inside his hotel room, troopers found large amounts of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, packaging materials, sandwich bags, digital scales and more -- plus more than $2,000 in cash.

This is not the first time Drayton has been arrested for selling heroin in Washington County. In 2016, he was sentenced 3-6 years for selling heroin out of a home in Donora.
