PITTSBURGH — City officials and residents of Pittsburgh’s Manchester neighborhood are keeping a close eye on a building that is slowly falling apart.
On Saturday, Channel 11 first reported about how part of an exterior wall at the home on Bidwell Street had collapsed.
Early Wednesday morning, the entire side of the building fell to the ground.
