Detectives returned to the club Thursday to retrieve surveillance equipment as part of their investigation into the shooting.

While serving the search warrant, they arrested Albert Green, 61, for marijuana possession. He was found in a room on the second floor of the building and, according to police, had a large amount of marijuana.

The Department of Permits, Licenses and Inspections was called to the scene. They condemned the building.

The New Brotherhood Motorcycle Club had been operating without a license, police said.

No arrests have been made in Lyons’ murder.
