Road temporarily blocked after tractor-trailer rolls over, spills load

BULLSKIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Route 31 in Bullskin Township was closed for about an hour in one direction after a tractor-railer rolled over.

Chopper 11 was over the scene as crews are working to clean up the spilled cargo.
