PITTSBURGH — Firefighters were called early Wednesday morning to put out a fire at a UPS facility in Pittsburgh’s Chateau neighborhood.
The fire was reported shortly after 12:30 a.m. at the facility on Beaver Avenue.

Crews brought the fire under control in about 30 minutes.
It appeared the fire was contained to the inside of the building. There was no visible damage to the exterior.
A UPS spokesperson sent Channel 11 a statement saying:
We're thankful that everyone is safe, and we appreciate the quick work performed by the Pittsburgh Fire Department. We're working with the Fire Department in their investigation.
