YORK, Pa. — A Disney employee helped save a domestic violence victim in Pennsylvania.
Police say a woman from York called Disney pretending to buy theme park tickets.
The worker could hear the woman yelling “get away from me” at someone else.
The Disney employee called police, and officers arrested Wayne Shiflett.
The worker asked the woman if she was actually calling to book a trip. She said no.
The woman told police Shiflett had choked her and she feared for her life.
