Police: Dispute between landlord, tenant leads to deadly shooting

PITTSBURGH — A dispute between a landlord and a tenant involving a stun gun escalated and ended with one of them being shot and killed.

It happened just after midnight on Kincaid Street in Pittsburgh's Garfield neighborhood.

Police have arrested Michael Wolf, 49, of Garfield. He's charged with one count of criminial homicide and one count of possessing instruments of crime.

The victim was identified as Matthew Khoury, 37, of Pittsburgh.

Police say Wolf rented a bedroom from Khoury. The shooting happened after a dispute of back-rent escalated.
