The deadline is looming for Pennsylvania residents planning to register to vote in the November elections.
The Department of State announced that residents must be registered by Tuesday, Oct. 9, to vote on Nov. 6. Registered voters who have moved, changed their names or changed party affiliations also must notify their county elections offices by Oct. 9.

Voters can register or change their registration information online at www.votespa.com or apply in person at their county election offices. To find out where your office is, click here.
To vote, you must be a U.S. citizen at least 30 days before the election, a resident of your electoral district at least 30 days before the election, and at least 18 years old by Nov. 6.
