According to the criminal complaint, the teenager called 911 and said he shot an intruder who tried to rob his house, saying he shot in twice and he's home alone.

He said one of his guns jammed so he grabbed another gun. Police said both of them belong to his father.

Police said they followed the trail of blood to a cemetery where they found Morgan unconscious with a cell phone, screw driver and pillowcase full of stolen items by his side. Police said the pillowcase was filled with jewelry, money and even a pink piggybank.

Morgan is also a suspect in two other burglaries on the same road on the same day, troopers said.

He is still in the hospital recovering from the two bullet wounds.

State police said the incident was still under investigation and they expect to file charges soon.
