PITTSBURGH — If you get alcohol delivered to your door, then a new deal for free shipping may change the way you do it.
Fine Wine & Good Spirits announced free shipping for orders over $99 to any home or business in Pennsylvania.
“The PLCB is committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience to consumers in terms of selection, value and convenience,” said PLCB Chairman Tim Holden. “The introduction of free shipping for orders over $99 makes it more cost-effective for consumers to easily access and order their favorite products online, every day, and have them shipped straight to their doors.”
In addition, if a customer orders anything online, they’ll be charged a flat fee of $12 for up to three bottles and $2 for each additional bottle.

In order to remain eligible for free shipping, the order must be $99 before any taxes are applied. Whoever will receive the order must be 21 years or older. It does not apply to special order items, limited-release lottery items, wine futures, used barrels or licensee purchases.
