VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. — A firefighter was hit by a vehicle responding to a crash along I-80 Thursday in Venango County.

According to the Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department, the firefighter “continues to improve every hour.”

The Emlenton Fire Department posted on Facebook that it was “radio traffic that no one ever wants to hear” and that an “out-of-control vehicle” hit the firefighter.
