PITTSBURGH — Flames engulfed the front of an apartment building early Wednesday morning in Pittsburgh’s Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood, officials said.
Everyone in the three-story building, which is made up of three apartments, got out safely after the fire started about 2:30 a.m. on Vensel Way.
A firefighter suffered an ankle injury and was taken to a hospital for treatment, officials said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
