PITTSBURGH — A 77-year-old former priest accused of taking photos of a 13-year-old boy who was in a bathroom stall at a Target in Pittsburgh has died.
Paul Spisak was arrested in early December after the incident at the Target in the city’s East Liberty neighborhood.

The boy said he saw a cellphone pointed at him through a crack between the stall and the bathroom wall. Police were called after he told his dad and store security was alerted.
Police said photos of the boy were found on Spisak’s phone.
Charges against Spisak were held for court during his preliminary hearing in late December.
