A former youth pastor is accused of trying to hire a hitman to take out a judge and a pastor.

Jacob Malone is accused of doing it all, while behind bars.

Malone is serving time for sexually assaulting and impregnating a Chester County teenager.

He offered a fellow inmate $5,000 to kill the Somerset County judge in his 2017 trial, and his old boss at the Calvary Fellowship in Downingtown, according to police.
