PITTSBURGH — If you saw a giant head floating above Pittsburgh Friday morning, it was a Vincent Van Gogh hot air balloon.
The 92-foot balloon was on Flagstaff Hill in the city’s Oakland neighborhood for the Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit Pittsburgh.
