SHENANGO TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 7-year-old girl was found unresponsive and tangled in a backyard playset in Shenango Township.
The girl was already freed when police, fire and emergency crews arrived – but was not alert.
"Emergency personnel did resuscitate her, get her breathing again because she was choking on the piece of equipment. She was resuscitated. She was crying, but not speaking, so she was breathing," Shenango Township police Sgt. Darrin Cwynar said.
The girl was flown to Children’s Hospital. Investigators have not released an update on her condition.
