Have you been outside around 5:30 p.m. and realized it was still daylight? The sunset on Feb. 3 was 5:41 p.m. In fact, we’ve gained 57 minutes of daylight since the winter solstice! The sunset on Dec. 21, 2020 was 4:56 p.m. in Pittsburgh.
By the end of the month of February, we’ll have 11 hours and 16 minutes of daylight which means we will gain one hour and two minutes of daylight between now and the end of the month!
