INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. — A correctional officer at the Indiana County Jail is facing charges after police say he smuggled in nicotine pouches for several inmates.
The Pennsylvania State Police said Bradley S. Wholaver, 50, of Cherry Tree, Pa., was charged with obstructing administration of law, after it was found that he smuggled numerous boxes of nicotine pouches into the Indiana County Jail on multiple occasions while he was employed as a corrections officer at the facility,
