Large police presence after shooting at Pittsburgh housing complex

PITTSBURGH — A large police presence was at a Pittsburgh housing complex after a reported shooting.

Channel 11′s Liz Kilmer said one person was shot and was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle in serious but stable condition.

Investigators said they were called the 2100 block of Rhine Street just after 8:15 p.m. The victim was a man and he was shot several times in the leg and torso.

Officers and K9 teams could be seen going between the buildings at the Three Rivers Manor complex in Pittsburgh’s Spring Hill neighborhood.
