ALIQUIPPA, Pa. — UPDATE (4:50 PM) Police confirmed Oleg Lisyuk was found safe in South Carolina more than 15 hours after going missing from Beaver County.

The Aliquippa Police Department need your help finding a missing 48-year-old man.
Oleg Lisyuk was reported missing Tuesday night around 11 p.m. by his wife.
Lisyuk has a brain disability, is comprehensive and can understand direction, but is known to be slow to respond to direction, police said.
Police said the only description they have is that he was wearing a dark jacket.
