HARRISBURG, Pa. — Even though Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman has unblocked two men from Twitter, their attorney says they may still take legal action.
An attorney for the men now says they could sue Fetterman for defamation after he accused one of the them of “Islamophobic dog whistling."
Fetterman blocked the men from his personal Twitter account for what he called “unwelcomed comments” toward his family.

An attorney for the men said they would sue Fetterman if they weren’t unblocked, claiming he violated their first Amendment rights.
Fetterman did unblock the men, but refused to apologize to them.
In a statement, Fetterman said the issue will be revisited if they target his family again.
