A man is being charged with exposing himself to three different women at a shopping center in South Strabane.
Police said Brennan Touchet, 27, drove up to three women in his car and exposed himself at a Kohl’s parking lot earlier in September.

According to court documents, Touchet, a Louisiana native, was captured on surveillance video committing the crude acts.

One of the women worked at the Kohl’s, police said.
Police tracked down Touchet by his vehicle registration.
