Allegheny County Police arrested a man who passed out in a running car in their parking lot – with three young children inside.
Eric S. Hamilton, 32, was found in the vehicle by a detective at their Green Tree headquarters and was initially unresponsive, said Superintendent Coleman McDonough.

When Hamilton finally responded and exited the vehicle, McDonough said police found 30 stamp bags of heroin inside.
The children in the car were nine, five and two years old, McDonough said. Their relation to Hamilton was not immediately clear.
Hamilton is charged with drug possession.
